A mysterious unknown number rang me, and I received a voicemail stating it was the metropolitan police reaching out. They provided this number, 0207 230 0127, for me to return their call. Upon calling back, I was asked for my date of birth. The person on the other end then claimed they were looking for someone entirely different with the same name and surname as mine! I'm baffled as to how they even acquired my details in the first place. Has anyone else experienced a call from this number?
