Just came across this online, and after putting in a request for some details, I’m seriously contemplating backing out based on what I’ve read in the reviews.

Just had a rather peculiar phone call from a company named Manor Rose. They seemed adamant that we'd had a chat before, but I've certainly never conversed with them in my life! They were keen on promoting some sort of 'eco-friendly investments' in UK properties that supposedly come with full planning consent. To be honest, I found their claims quite dubious, and I’ve no intention of engaging with them again. Definitely got a whiff of a scam about it!
