If this was really the Windows Technical Team, you'd think Bill Gates would jump on fixing it fast. Some woman was shouting over loads of noise in the background trying to get attention. I pretended I didn’t understand and asked if she worked for a double glazing firm. You could tell she got properly annoyed. If anyone falls for these jokers, well, they really have only themselves to blame.
