Out of all the calls we received, a caller named Reece requested to speak with our financial director directly. Initially, Reece acknowledged not having made an appointment beforehand, but insisted on catching up. At Ebury, Billy repeatedly makes unsolicited phone calls to our office in an attempt to reach our Managing Director, which is a breach of GDPR regulations. Rather than being straightforward, Billy uses deceptive questions to try and speak with our MD. If you happen to receive a call from this group of overly ambitious individuals solely driven by commissions, I would advise you to simply end the call and avoid wasting your valuable time with them.

Recently, a salesperson contacted our office area, adamantly requesting a connection with our managing director. To maintain privacy, I resisted giving out the contact number. Notably, the individual displayed no willingness to accept an alternative in the form of an email address. It was quite distressing to interact with such individuals. Eventually, we had no option but to abruptly end the call as they were unwilling to acknowledge that we would never avail their services. I find it perplexing how they believe that employing such tactics will lead them to any favourable outcome.
