I received a call from a firm identifying themselves as "SMART SUPPORT GUYS". They used the phone number 02071939836, claiming to provide round-the-clock customer care. Their pitch was alarmingly frantic, insisting that my computer was on the verge of collapse due to severe infections and that it would cease functioning unless they intervened. Admittedly, this conversation took place over nine months ago, and remarkably, my computer is still up and running just fine! Since that initial encounter, they’ve reached out to me multiple times, reiterating their dire warnings. I can't stress this enough: do not grant them any access to your device. Simply end the call, regardless of how persistent they may be. In my research, I’ve come to realise that this company is nothing more than a scam.

I received a rather dubious call from this number, where the person on the other end introduced himself as Steve from "Life Technical Services," supposedly representing Windows. He went on about how my computer was allegedly sending error reports and warned me that it could sustain serious damage unless I followed certain steps he would outline over the phone. I'm quite sceptical about this whole affair, especially as a search reveals that this number has popped up in connection with numerous scam operations.

Earlier today, around 11:20 in the morning, I received a rather dubious call from this number. The chap on the other end claimed to be affiliated with a tech support team and mentioned something about my laptop being infected with a virus. He went on to assert that he could reveal the supposed viruses to me, but I was quick to point out that such matters can't be dealt with over the phone. I directly confronted him, calling the whole thing a scam, to which he oddly responded by professing his affection for me! Naturally, I hung up on him. I hope sharing this experience helps in raising awareness about these pesky calls.
