Got a really stressful call from 02071938384 claiming to be HMRC. They warned me about legal trouble, said I was going to lose my stuff and my bank accounts would be frozen. I got an automated message from this number saying I owed some tax. Felt dodgy to me, like a total scam.

So yesterday I got a call from someone saying he was with HMRC. He told me I hadn’t paid some taxes and if I hung up the police would come after me. Then he wanted to know where I lived and mentioned I owed about £20,000. To sort it out, he said I needed to buy £600 worth of gift cards from a shop close by, or there would be trouble. Total scam, don’t fall for it! Be careful, these kinds of fraudsters are everywhere.
