In December of 2012, I set up a brand new phone number. Ever since that time, I’ve found myself answering calls from a male voice, clearly of Asian descent, each month. He persistently queries me about an accident that supposedly occurred three years back. Strangely, he seems to be aware of my name. I’ve informed him repeatedly that I don’t reside anywhere near the incident in question and have never been involved in any road mishaps. Despite my requests for him to cease calling, he still rang me again on the 18th of April. At this point, I’m seriously considering reporting this number to the authorities, as it appears others have also received similar calls with the identical voice and questions directed at their landlines.
