When I asked for specifics about my computer, she couldn’t really give any info and said if I had multiple devices, they might infect each other! I managed to keep her talking for a while before requesting a contact number to double-check. She gave me a number but I haven’t bothered calling it, saying it’s just the head office and I might only reach reception. Total SCAM alert!
