I received a voicemail from a chap named Thomas, mentioning a PPI refund of £3000 owed to me. Just a heads up-he's not planning to ring back.

Con artists! This telephone number really ought to be looked into by the authorities or even the fraud division. I'm certain plenty of folks are suffering because of this.

Today, my father received a rather dubious call from some scammers. They had an alarming amount of personal information about him, including his bank details. They threw in that enticing £3000 compensation claim which sounded all too familiar. Apparently, they had been busy making such claims for over a year and a half, insisting that a county court had ruled in their favour. When I told him we weren’t keen on chasing this up, he simply replied with an indifferent 'ok' and promptly ended the call. It's outrageous how blatant these scams have become!

I received a rather dubious phone call today from an individual named Thomas, who claimed my PPI claim had been approved and that my bank was about to cough up a tidy sum of £3000. He went on to say that a driver would be popping by to deliver the cash. Honestly, I laughed out loud! Who in their right mind would send a driver with cash? Clearly, any sensible bank would transfer it straight into your account. I made it clear to him that I found his story utterly ridiculous and even threatened to inform the authorities. I hung up, fully expecting them to ring me again. Whatever you do, don’t fall for their tricks!

I recently received a rather unusual phone call on my landline from this number. An "agent" informed me that I had a successful PPI claim that was due to net me a whopping £3,000. To make matters even more peculiar, they stated that a chap named James Cooper would be arriving at my residence shortly with the cash, but I’d need to hand over £300 as a "10% handling fee." When I probed as to why they couldn't simply send me a cheque after deducting the fee, the caller became increasingly defensive and pushy. Just then, I could also hear someone else on the line evidently being fed the same line of nonsense. It was a clear-cut scam! What’s particularly unsettling is how much personal information they seemed to possess about me and my banking details.

I received a message on my answering machine and decided to give them a ring back. The chap on the other end demanded £300 out of a possible £3,000. When I refused to fork over the cash, he turned rather unpleasant.

I received a message asking me to get in touch, so I dialled the number. The bloke I spoke to had already clocked off and instructed me to ring back in the morning. When I inquired about the company, he said it was PPI Claim line. On Saturday, the 6th of February, I tried ringing them after 9am, presuming someone would be available to pick up. However, the phone just rang and then disconnected. I plan to give it another go shortly to see if I can get a different response.

Absolutely a con job! When I questioned her about the £300 deduction from my cheque, she became quite irate. I firmly stated I wouldn't be sending any cash her way. I even probed her about whether this was all a scam, and she promptly ended the call. NEVER divulge any personal details! I mentioned being a widow and how £3000 is a significant sum for someone like me, and it really upset me to think they take advantage of unsuspecting individuals.

I got a call from this number earlier today, and it was quite an unpleasant experience. A rather impolite woman who introduced herself as Jessica shouted "F*** OFF" at me when I challenged her on what she was saying. Truly appalling conduct! I urge everyone to steer clear and not divulge any personal information to them; it's definitely a scam. I tried calling back to lodge a complaint but was just brushed aside by another person with a foreign accent. Quite frustrating, really!

Much like many others, Thomas insists that I'm owed £3000. Clearly, that's utter nonsense.

This week, I received a call from this number, which they followed up with a message on my voicemail. A chap named Victor claimed he was from my bank and mentioned that I was eligible for a PPI refund of £3000, urging me to return the call to sort out the reimbursement. I can assure you, it’s a complete scam. I’ve already received my payout and my case has been wrapped up. Please steer clear of them! It's quite unsettling that he was aware of my bank details and that I had lodged a claim last year. They certainly possess an alarming amount of information, which is rather concerning!

Absolutely, I've experienced a similar phone call from a chap named "Thomas." He claimed I was owed a hefty sum of £3000 as part of a PPI refund and mentioned that a courier would swing by my home to deliver the cash upon me showing my passport or driving licence. It was unsettling how much personal information they had-my address, phone number, the works. I've taken the step to alert Surrey Police about this. I strongly advise against engaging with these scammers; please report them to the authorities in the hope of bringing these crooks to justice.

I received a call earlier from this number, and the person on the line was claiming that I qualified for a PPI refund of £3000. They went on to say that it would be delivered to me in cash, via cheque, or a mix of the two. They insisted that I hand over £200 in cash to the delivery chap as their 10% commission, and that they would swiftly withdraw an additional £100 directly from my bank account! I immediately recognised it as a scam and told them so, at which point they abruptly ended the call.

My mother received a phone call from these individuals claiming to offer PPI, and unfortunately, she foolishly transferred them some money. I've been doing a ton of research, but I can’t seem to find anything useful. She has documented every detail, yet I'm still feeling quite lost about this whole situation.
