10 yearsAs a company, we've been bombarded with calls about ppi and accident claims, many sounding like they come from overseas. This latest call really pushed it too far. Like some others have said, the caller got rude. He asked if we sold food - since we do - so we tried to engage. When he didn’t get the answer he wanted, he started making inappropriate remarks, saying something like “I have a dick, wanna suck it?” That was enough for me to just hang up immediately. Seeing all the other complaints about this number, seriously, when will anyone actually do something about it?10 yearsSo this bloke called me, said his name was Mike Jones and he claimed to be from Lloyds Bank. He wouldn't tell me a contact number or provide any security details when I asked. I didn’t hang about and ended the call straight away. Definitely felt like a dodgy scam to me.Mike JonesLloyds Bank10 yearsthis number just rang me too and guess what, they asked for payment through itunes cards just like someone else mentioned! haha no way am i falling for that. hung up straight away.iTunes10 yearsGot a call from this bloke twice today, asking for my other half. When I said they weren’t here, he told me to suck his cocktail or something like that. Proper weird! xx10 yearsTwice now, I've got messages from some bloke named JOHN claiming my £3000 PPI payout is all set and waiting. Since I never even started a PPI claim, I'm just gonna brush off JOHN and block this number. Sounds dodgy to me, probably one of those scams.JOHN10 yearsI received a ring from 020 7193 3086 with an extension 116. They claimed that they were sending someone over to give me £3000 compensation for PPI but insisted I cough up £250 via an iTunes card first, and also asked me to keep my passport handy to prove who I am. When I said I’d have another person there with me, they just hung up. Definitely looks like a scam to me.10 yearsI got a call from this number and the person on the line said they were from some court abroad. Then they started talking about PPI, so I told him to stop contacting me. After that, he suddenly became really pushy, calling me “darling” and saying he loved me! I ended the call quickly, but he had the nerve to ring me back and was quite rude. Then he began asking awkward questions, even wanting to know my age! Honestly, it’s disgusting that people like this are out there. I feel so bad for older folks and anyone who might be more vulnerable.10 yearsGot a call earlier from 02071932902 saying it was the London County Court about my PPI. I told them I never made any PPI claim and just hung up.
