Looks like it's a RAC call, I just signed up with them not long ago. I already told them phone calls aren’t really my thing - I prefer texts only!

I just got a call from RAC who told me it was a fault with their survey system that made those annoying calls. They said sorry and promised they’ve fixed it so it won’t happen again. Everyone slips up sometimes and they've handled it like a proper company should. Cheers to RAC for sorting it out! :)

Someone rang me at 3:06 in the morning today 😡 didn’t know the number so I just ignored it. Proper annoying.

Got a survey call at half past two in the mornin! Proper pissed off. I’m with the RAC, so I’ve told them about it and I’ll try to find out if it’s legit or just some dodgy scam. Already reported it to the TPS and ICO as well. Thought it was me family in London callin for an emergency, so it really threw me off.

Just had a chat with RAC, and at first they claimed they don’t use 0207 numbers, but they didn’t seem too bothered that someone’s pretending to be them. They said I’d need to wait 5 days for an official response, which seems far too slow. If I ran that business, I’d be doing everything possible to warn watchdogs and put a stop to it ASAP. They said they’ll deal with it... whenever they get round to it, it seems.
