This guy called saying he was from Credit Suisse and even mentioned I’d checked out investment bonds recently, which was spot on. But then I checked out the firm actually selling them, and it wasn’t Credit Suisse at all. They claimed the bonds were FSCS protected, but I found out that individual corporate bonds, like the ones he was trying to sell, don’t have FSCS protection at all. Bit dodgy if you ask me.

watch out, this is definitely dodgy! my 83 year old mother-in-law ended up losing £80,000 of her life savings because of this number. seriously, stay clear and don’t put any money into it.

I've had a similar thing happen to me, but weirdly they actually called me by my name. They’re trying to sell some sort of investment and keep ringing even after I told them I’m not interested. It’s annoying, but the good thing is I’ve saved the number so now I just ignore it.

got loads of missed calls from this number but no messages left so i rang back to see who it was. a bloke answered but didn't say his name, instead launched into a spiel about investment bonds claiming 8% returns. he was really pushy asking for my personal info straight away but i refused since i had no clue who he was. told him i wasn’t interested and hung up, then blocked the number. seems dodgy to me, probably a scam, so i'd suggest ignoring calls from this number altogether.

No idea who these people are since I always ignore their calls. It's pretty annoying how often they phone, but I enjoy messing around and making them waste their time instead of me.
