02071837939 Summary (Read all comments)

Phone number โ˜Ž๏ธ 02071837939 ๐Ÿ‘† is reported as a service primarily linked to an NHS-backed urine kidney testing programme run by a private company that sends test kits for home use. Many users confirm it as genuine, working alongside GP surgeries to monitor conditions like diabetes, requiring an app to complete the tests. However, some express concerns about frequent, unsolicited calls, unclear affiliation with local surgeries, and privacy implications, with a few suspecting potential data misuse or aggressive contact tactics. While the service can be helpful and legitimate, caution is advised - users should verify directly with their GP surgery before engaging and be wary of unexpected texts or calls requesting app downloads. Blocking the number is also a common response among those wary of the approach.

Blocked this number straight away, definitely a scam!

Someone called me about a urine kidney screening that my doctor’s surgery sent me for because of my diabetes.

Got a Kidney function test kit in the post from 'Health io'. Rang them but got their voicemail. They called back and said GPs had asked them to send these out (haven't tried the test yet). I mentioned I’m on chemo, and they told me to just throw the kit away as the meds would mess up the results. Seemed proper legit, the person I spoke to was really nice and helpful.

I've received a call from a service connected to the NHS, regarding an ACR urine test. They’re reaching out on behalf of their NHS Integrated Care System partner. It’s an authentic health-related call, stemming from a group designated to assist our stretched national health service.

Sounds like just some app gathering your info to sell it off. Better off seeing a doctor for proper tests instead…!

I’m being persuaded that my doctor’s surgery is keen for me to rely on them for health check-ups. This marks the second time they’ve called in just a week!

Turns out it was from the urine test people. When I told them it freaked my mum out, they were really kind and told me they've taken her off their list now, which honestly, the doctor's office should've sorted out in the first place.

Saw a missed call from this number and phoned back. I spoke to a friendly young woman who said they’re from healthy.io, teaming up with the NHS and my local surgery to provide a home urine test. I’ve now done the test and can say this is a genuine service, and my GP confirmed it too. Definitely no scams going on - unless they’re nicking your pee for some strange reason!

Got a text saying it was from my doctor's surgery, using my real name, about a kidney function test at home with a kit coming through the post. They had links to some sketchy websites and a phone number to call. My surgery never contacts me like that, so I just blocked the number straight away.

They keep ringin me for some urine test but I dont even own a smartphone or know how to get any app. Why cant it just be a normal pee in a bottle test? Honestly, leave me be!

Bit odd really. Got a call from this number and the bloke said my doctor asked him to send me a pee test and an app by post for checking my kidneys. I’m gonna ring my doctor’s office first, but I’m not planning on doing the test.

Such a hassle. They keep ringing nonstop but I don’t want anything to do with them. I’ve told my GP’s office that they should be the only ones contacting me. Proper irritating. I’ve just blocked the number now.

It was somethin like from health dot io or whatever. Mentioned a urine test but the bloke sounded pretty dodgy on the phone, didn't come across as proper at all. I'm defo calling my doc first thing in the morning.

I got a call from this number, it’s some company called Healthy.io. They send urine test kits you can do at home, but you need to get an app on your phone to make it work, so I was told.

I received a voicemail requesting that I return a form that had been sent to me not long ago. They even mentioned the name of my GP's practice. Curiously, when I rang my doctor's office for clarification, they informed me that no such call had been made the previous day. I would advise exercising caution if this number attempts to contact you.

Someone rang claiming to be my doctor, but they were from a totally different part of the country. They talked about some tests and asked me to download an app and put in my info. I'd seriously be careful with this, especially if your GP hasn't sent you anything about it first.

this service is linked to gp clinics and cooperates with the nhs. they're providing a home urine test to check kidney function for people who are at risk, like those with diabetes or high bp. after a chat with them, you'll get a text with a link to an app to download. once you've done the test, you use your smartphone to scan the result and it sends the info straight to your gp through the app. ive tried it myself and found it really straightforward. the phone number is totally legit.

My doctor asked if it was alright to share my info with this firm, and i said yes. Then they called me, told me to download an app to log info from a test kit they’d post. Everything went smoothly and the app was simple to use.

I checked with my doctor’s surgery and they confirmed this number is legit. It’s a company contacting diabetic patients to encourage them to do urine tests at home, so they don’t have to visit the surgery as often.

This woman said she was from our doctor’s office, but our surgery is in Leeds, not London. She wanted my partner to download an app to test urine for diabetes! He doesn’t even own a smartphone, so no apps for him. She got really annoyed and kept pushing him to get one. He made a joke about peeing on his phone and then just hung up. The whole thing felt dodgy - since when can phones check urine, and since when does the NHS tell people to buy pricey phones?
