Phone number ☎️ 02071837611 👆 is reported as a persistent scam operation focusing on fine art investment, replacing old wine investment scams. Callers are often well spoken, polite, and try to engage for long periods, despite recipients stating disinterest repeatedly. They ask for personal and bank details and sometimes a deposit, raising suspicion. The caller identity is linked to a dubious company, often named Florence Bell, who ignore requests to be removed from call lists and breach the Telephone Preference Service (TPS). Recipients have noted background noise, accents, and tactics typical of boiler room scams. Some calls target older people, even when relatives have passed. Overall, this number is associated with aggressive, likely fraudulent investment approaches and should be treated with caution.

2 yearsLike some others have mentioned, this looks to me like a classic fine art investment con, kind of replacing that old fine wine scam that’s been around. I decided to humour them and ended up talking to three different polite people who said they sent me brochures (maybe they did, but I’m not the person they think I am and I don’t live where they think I do). Today they asked for a £200 deposit on a supposed £25,000 investment. I got their bank details, and all the info I collected will be handed over to the proper authorities. Stay safe out there, folks.2 yearsI looked up the number and it turns out it's from a firm that deals in selling telephone numbers. Seems like they're more into scanning stuff.2 yearsThree times now I've told them to take me off their list, but they keep calling. They said they were from Florence Bell investments or something like that. Pretty annoying!Florence Bell Investments2 yearsKept telling them I’m not into fine art or spending money on some weird abstract rubbish. I’ve said no several times but they just keep ringing every few weeks like clockwork.2 yearsSomebody rang me up asking if I wanted to put money into fine art. I just ended the call straight away.2 yearsHad to say it three times they shouldnt be calling again..the person living here is 74 and gets pension credits..they just dont listen no matter what. Told them one more time if they ring again im reporting them..2 yearsI could hear some usual background noises and the caller sounded like they might have an Asian accent, which made me a bit suspicious straight away. As the conversation went on, it became clear they were trying to chat about OPEN versus PRIVATE network stuff. Definitely a SCAM in my opinion.2 yearsThis guy sounds well clever but it’s totally a scam, all this chat about fine arts is just a load of rubbish.2 yearsI’ve had this firm ring me like half a dozen times now, all smooth-talking young professionals pushing me to put money into art investments.2 yearsI got a call from Alfie, a young bloke from Florence Bell, talking about arts investment. He was really polite and well spoken, kept chattering away even when I told him I wasn’t keen. After a good ten minutes, we finally ended the call nicely!AlfieFlorence Bell2 yearsI got a call from a woman claiming to be from ‘Florence Bell’ about investing in the art market. She was very well spoken, but I told her I wasn’t interested. Feels like it’s just another scam to me.Florence Bell2 yearsGot a call from a posh lady who wanted to chat about investing in fine arts. Honestly, it felt like one of those classic boiler room scams to me.2 yearsEven though I’m registered on the TPS, they keep ringing me non stop.Telephone Preference Service2 yearsThis number kept ringing me a couple of times lately. Like others mentioned, it looks linked to a sketchy art gallery. From what I found on Companies House, there’s just a single person listed for the business, which is kinda odd. Honestly, I’d quite like a chat with whoever’s behind these dodgy calls - ringing people despite TPS rules and all that - feels like their usual shady routine.Companies House2 yearsBeware, this London number is definitely a scam!London2 yearsMy mum picked up and when they asked for my dad by his name, it hit us hard since he died at the start of last year.2 yearsFlorence Bell Art Gallery keeps ringing me, even though I’m on the TPS list. I’ve had about six calls from them already.Florence Bell Art Gallery2 yearsCaller was trying to get my bank info, definitely a scam.2 yearsI rang the number back and it just went straight to an answerphone, no greeting or nothing, just a message saying to leave a message and press the hash key. The woman who called said her name was Lucy from FBG, but I had to keep asking to get that much out of her. Pretty sure it’s a scam, really frustrating.LucyFBG2 yearsHad a call, they were asking for the elderly folks, Definitely a scam.2 yearsGot a call from Katie, who was attempting to pitch some art-related products. I told her I wasn’t interested, but she was quite courteous and spoke nicely, definitely not like the typical scam calls you get.KatieSubmit Your Own Report (020 7183 7611)
