I was trying to sort out a holiday and was just about to book, but needed to get the time off work sorted first. Then, out of nowhere, they ring me up at nearly 11pm to talk about it. Honestly, it’s a bit much and makes me not want to book with them at all. Mind you, who phones that late? Really puts me off.

The phone rang thrice, and I overheard a conversation regarding a room boasting a sea view. Seems like it might have been a travel agency dialling the wrong number, if you ask me!
