I got a call from this number, and the woman claimed she was from Morrison's. She told me I had a voucher worth £30 and then asked what my favourite colour was. After a bit of awkward silence, she just ended the call. Proper strange.

Got a call from a private number, but as soon as I picked up, they just hung up straight away.

You could tell it was a call centre right away, loads of background noise. The lady on the phone had an Asian accent and kept asking for me using my title and my full first name, which I hardly ever go by. Strangely, she didn't seem to be sure of my last name. She mentioned something about a £50 voucher, but I wasn’t having it, so I just ended the call and blocked the number straight away.

They rang me a few times earlier today. Ignored the first call, then it struck me I was expecting a call about a new gas meter, so I picked up. A lady spoke, sounded a bit robotic but wasn’t automated, and oddly she didn’t use my name but did mention my address. She asked my age and started talking about winning a £50 voucher as a reward for being a loyal customer. I told her I wasn’t interested and ended the call. Pretty sure it had something to do with Amazon.

I got a call from this number last night but didn’t pick up. They didn’t leave any voicemail either. When I looked up the number online, loads of sites popped up, all in Chinese! Then the same number rang again earlier today. I finally answered and the call just dropped straight away.

This number was a dead giveaway it was a scam, the digits just didn't add up for a UK number. I never pick up calls from unfamiliar numbers without hunting them down on sites like this. 9 times outta 10 it's some sort of scam or a telemarketer. Big thanks to everyone who reports these numbers, it really helps. Also, so grateful we can block these annoying calls without much hassle!

Got two calls from this number today, both times it went straight to voicemail but nothing left. Seeing loads of people reporting the same thing today makes me think it’s either a scam or some telemarketers. The link they mentioned points to Tesco home delivery. Maybe someone inside Tesco has access to their customer info, or someone’s been tailing delivery trucks and using the electoral roll to match names to phone numbers. The number says it’s from London but the digits don’t add up right. Could be a fake caller ID trick.

Got a few calls from a woman who was pretty dodgy about who she was representing. When I asked, all she gave me was her own name, no mention of a company. Told her to stop calling me and then she just hung up. These calls kept coming, even at odd hours, so I've set my phone to auto reject them now.

Got a bogus call from someone claiming to be Tesco. They told me it was some kind of Tesco appreciation day and that I'd be getting an email with free vouchers. The bloke asked my age but somehow already had my first name and where I lived. Seemed fishy to me.

Got a call today from a woman trying to push some stuff on my missus. My wife said she’d got the wrong number and it was actually the local Police station. The woman, who sounded Asian, just hung up straight away. I’ve blocked the number now.

Some woman with a weird accent rang and wanted my full name. I asked her who it was but she just said Tesco was calling. It all felt a bit off. When I picked up, there was a weird pause and some strange background noise. It definitely didn’t sound like Tesco to me, so I said she’d got the wrong number and ended the call. Watch out for these!

Got a call from a lady with an Asian accent claiming to be ringing from Tesco. She said I'd won a £50 voucher for shopping because Friday is some sort of national appreciation day for shoppers. It all seemed fishy, so I decided to humour her. She asked for my address to send the prize. Then she started mentioning my old address - the one I left over two years ago! I pointed out if it was really Tesco calling, they’d have my current address since they deliver my groceries weekly. After that, she just ended the call on me!

When a number like this pops up, I usually just ignore it. Most of the time it’s either debt collectors or some dodgy scheme trying to scam you out of your details or cash. If they’re just ringing nonstop without leaving a voicemail or sending a message, it’s best not to bother picking up at all.

Got a call from what sounded like some overseas call centre saying they were ringing on behalf of Tesco and Sainsburys, saying I’d won a £50 voucher. Pretty sure that was rubbish. The person on the phone then started asking strange stuff like my preferred colour, what brand my washing machine is, and if I rent or own my place. I just made up answers and then blocked the number straight away.
