Got a call from Oven Save claiming I asked for a quote. I told them I’m on the TPS and asked for the Managing Director’s full name and their personal number. Right after that, they just cut me off! Checked by dialling 1471 and found this number ended up.

After that, I contacted the office once more to demand the return of my £25 deposit, which they claimed had been refunded. We’ll see about that. I strongly advise anyone against engaging with this company; their lack of professionalism is staggering. All you’ll receive is a load of hassle. Oh, and to top it all off, when he arrived, he didn’t have the soaking baths needed to clean my oven parts - just a scruffy bag slung over his shoulder. What an absolute farce!

I keep getting bombarded with calls regarding an oven cleaning quote that I never requested! I've informed them on three separate occasions that I'm not interested, yet they just won't take the hint. Every time they promise to take my number off their list, but lo and behold, a week later, I'm getting yet another call. On top of that, I’m getting automated messages from this very number about cleaning my oven, often at rather inappropriate hours in the evening. It's absolutely outrageous, and I’m thoroughly tired of dealing with this lot!
