This number rang me, and I showed some interest. They called me back, we set up an appointment, and I paid straight away with my debit card. But on 6th March 2018, no one showed up to clean my oven. So, I contacted my bank and they began the process to get my money refunded. A couple of days after that, I got a call from them apologising for the no-show due to illness, offering either a refund or a new date. I picked the new date option. Finally, today, 16th April, a friendly bloke came round and cleaned my oven in about an hour and twenty minutes. The job was done alright in the end, so I’m happy with how it turned out.

A firm calling themselves "Ovenclean" claimed they'd come and tidy up my oven. When I asked for their location, they wouldn't say but gave me that phone number instead. They reckoned they were based in the West Midlands, which seemed dodgy since the number starts with a London code. So I checked with 1471 and it matched 02079391974. Tried calling back but nobody picked up on either line!

This number kept ringing non stop. I just let it go to answerphone all day long. Hope they get the hint!

Yesterday, my landline rang and when I picked up, there was a recorded message claiming to be from a company that cleans ovens. Since I’m on the TPS list, I blocked the number straight away. Despite that, the same number has kept ringing a bunch of times today. Luckily, my call blocker has been doing its job and none of those calls got through.

Just received another call moments ago; when I inquired about their database, they abruptly hung up on me. Quite the cheek, really!

Got a call from Oven Save claiming I asked for a quote. I told them I’m on the TPS and asked for the Managing Director’s full name and their personal number. Right after that, they just cut me off! Checked by dialling 1471 and found this number ended up.

They just won't stop calling me. I've told them a couple of times already to take me off their list.

I got a call from some firm named 'OvenSave' who actually said they don’t have a website yet since they’re supposedly a new business. They claimed they were ringing me because I requested a callback, which I definitely didn’t. I jotted down their number but told them straight I’d be reporting them for making an unsolicited call.

He finally rolled up nearly an hour late, and his attitude upon stepping into my kitchen was appalling. When I pointed out his tardiness and questioned him about it, his response was nothing short of baffling: “I HAVEN'T GOT A HELICOPTER!!!!!!!!!!!” I promptly kicked him out and called him a complete idiot. After that, I contacted the office once more to demand the return of my £25 deposit, which they claimed had been refunded. We’ll see about that. I strongly advise anyone against engaging with this company; their lack of professionalism is staggering. All you’ll receive is a load of hassle. Oh, and to top it all off, when he arrived, he didn’t have the soaking baths needed to clean my oven parts - just a scruffy bag slung over his shoulder. What an absolute farce!

I asked where they got my number from, and she said it came from some third party. I told her that my number is registered with the TPS and that what they’re doing is against the Data Protection Act. Right after that, she just hung up on me. What a cheek!

I called to check what time they’d arrive to clean the oven, but after getting passed around and being told someone would call me back, I never heard anything. Looks like no one's turning up after all.

On top of that, I’m getting automated messages from this very number about cleaning my oven, often at rather inappropriate hours in the evening. It's absolutely outrageous, and I’m thoroughly tired of dealing with this lot!
