Got a call from someone called Jacob claiming to be an 'Energy expert'. He said he could get me a better rate on my current Octopus plan than if I dealt with them directly. He called me by the wrong name though. His accent was South Asian, which doesn’t really match the name Jacob in my experience, but I guess there are loads of genuinely good people from South Asia in consulting with that name.
