11 monthsDear Ben and Nick. You seem to dismiss the methods and predatory ways you and your company does business. That is the problem here not the fact you take urgently needed empty property back on the market. You have pestered a member of my family and even their neighbours by repeated visits to their home when they did not contact you nor ask for your help or services. This has become harassment plain and simple. You are saying that this is ethical and acceptable Ben and Nick? Would it be okay if i were to gain your personal information from a third party and repeatedly pester you and knock on your door multiple times? Because that is what one of your agents has been doing.Where do you get peoples private names and addresses from as there are protection in law in place to stop this. Maybe you would like to put your name and address on here so all the people you have pestered could contact and repeatedly pester you. People that did not contact you or want your services should not be pestered by yourselves and your company should have the decency and respect not to do this especially when they are going through a difficult time after death or grief. It is a shame as you quote your company is hindered by negative reviews but maybe if you did not pester people that did not ask for your services at a time of great difficulty without their consent this would not occur. Awful predatory company.BenNick2 yearsI’ve had this same number ring me two times today, even though I already blocked it.2 yearsLooks like just another dodgy scammer trying their luck.2 yearsSo this bloke had my name and where I live right off the bat. He reckoned my place was empty and was trying to buy it. I told him no, I live there, and he ended the call quite nicely. Feels like one of those scams where they pretend to own empty homes and try to sell them off.2 yearsToday, I got a call from this number pretending to be from O2, but it was actually a scam, and somehow they managed to get into my email account. Proper dodgy stuff!2 yearsThey asked loads about my family’s land and seemed to already know stuff about me. I’d say best to just not get involved with them.2 yearsGot a call from +44 20 3034 5181, they wanted to chat about life insurance policies.2 yearsIt appears there's a property development company attempting to make a bid on my home, even though I'm not looking to sell.2 yearsThere’s this property development firm that’s been ringing me up about buying houses, even though I never put mine up for sale. I told them to take my number off their list ages ago, yet they keep calling me back. Honestly, best to just ignore them.4 yearsI’ve come across a business by the name of "Hyjan Investments Holdings," and they appear to be quite the nuisance, reaching out to individuals who own properties that they believe could be ripe for "development." They tend to target properties that might be unoccupied or simply in disrepair. I’d advise steering clear of these folks.Hyjan Investments Holdings5 yearsI received a rather odd voicemail on my mobile today. The caller mentioned that we had a prior discussion regarding a property up for sale due to probate, and that they were keen on making a purchase. The thing is, I've never had any conversation with this individual, nor do I recognise their name. My gut instinct says this could very well be some sort of scam!Submit Your Own Report (020 7139 5181)
