This number rang me repeatedly, but each time they failed to leave a message when I didn't pick up. After some time, I thought I’d had my fill and decided to investigate. Unfortunately, the caller never clearly stated the name of the organisation, even after I'd prompted them thrice. It turned out they were pushing a free trial of PC Pro magazine. I graciously turned down the offer, and then they inquired about other hobbies of mine that might warrant a complimentary subscription. I kindly declined once more.
