The number looked dodgy on my caller ID, so I answered with a joke about working for some fake company, asking how I could help. As soon as I did that, the caller hung up straight away.

I got a call from someone pretending to be from Microsoft. I ended the call straight away, but then they rang me again from a different number asking why I’d cut them off! Definitely don’t share any details with these scammers!
