Some bloke with a strong Asian accent claimed he was from BT and said he knew my broadband was slow. He said he could fix it if I just let him make a few tweaks. When I asked which BT department he was from (I used to work there in internet services), he quickly hung up. Not long after, I got another ring from an overseas number, telling me the same thing. These lot are really annoying and won’t give up easily.
