I left Lycamobile a while ago, now their sales team is ringing me trying to get me back - saying they’ll give me half price for 3 months on SIM-only plans. Like many others mentioned, it’s a pity they weren’t more helpful or easy to get hold of when I was a customer, or I probably wouldn’t have switched.
