7 monthsI checked with my doctor and yeah, Patient Billing is a legit medical billing company. They’re definitely the real deal.Patient Billing11 monthsHad a call today from this number. Mumbled intro-msg on the Call Guardian. When I let the call through (I didn't speak, just waited) and all I heard was lots of people all talking to each other in an Asian language. They never spoke to me then they just hung up the call. Despite other people reporting that this is supposedly genuine, my take is that it is very dubious to say the least. In any case, it was a cold-call... so even if they had turned out to be genuine... HANG UP, do NOT discuss anything with them... Call your provider/company directly yourself (not any number these guys give you) and ask if they need to discuss anything with you.Call Guardian2 yearsThis number belongs to a firm that handles medical bills. The doctor that treated me previously confirmed it’s legit.2 yearsI've had calls from this dodgy firm claiming you need to cough up for your NHS care. It's a total scam, don't fall for it!NHS2 yearsSo this business handles medical bills. I got a bit mixed up over an unpaid Vitality invoice that wasn’t really my fault and kept getting calls about it like 3 or 4 times. I looked up the number and read some reviews which made me wary at first. But when I decided to ring them back, it turned out the number was legit after all.Vitality2 yearsReally strange experience, the person on the phone had my name, details about my appointment and even which doctor I visited, all within a day. They spoke with a thick accent, gave me a number to ring back and then just ended the call. I chose not to return it - seems to me like a scam trying to trick you out of your cash!!2 yearsSome bloke called with a weird accent, going on about a “medical” bill and something about a membership number. Proper scam alert, watch out!3 yearsI noticed I’d received three calls that I couldn’t answer, and not long afterwards, a voicemail popped up. When I checked the voicemail, it was so garbled I couldn’t make out a word, no way I’m ringing them back.Submit Your Own Report (020 7118 6222)
