I've been receiving calls from this number for the past few weeks now, and every time I try to pick up, they hang up before I can say a word. It's become rather tedious and more than a little irritating!

Absolutely shocking behaviour! It’s crystal clear that he preys on vulnerable older folks suffering from dementia. That seems to be his only strategy for drumming up business! What a pity; he must be a terribly lonely individual stuck in his office boasting about his so-called 'big assets'. Honestly, I’d say his 'assets' are more like pitiful little trinkets, if you ask me!
