I wouldn’t bother picking up if I were you, it’s never anything useful on the other end.

Someone rang me saying they were from EE offering to drop my plan from £28 to £25 and said they’d send a new SIM. I found it fishy since I’d just updated my package not long ago, so I ended the call. The lady on the phone had a noticeable Indian accent. No way that was really EE.
