I got a call from a bloke who said his name was Justin and that he worked for the health service. But as soon as I replied with "oh, yeah?”, he hung up straight away.

I didn’t really say much, but they already knew my name and postcode. They brought up the boiler straight away. I’ve had calls before - either from this number or maybe others - offering boiler maintenance or emergency cover, and always saying it could be cheaper than what we’re paying now.

Some person called saying I'm overpaying for my boiler service and offered a cheaper deal. Said I'd get a letter in a week or so. They wanted me to verify my name and address, but I told them it was nonsense since I work in central heating myself and don’t have any contract. Ended up blocking the number.
