2 monthsThis is Hyjan. They are awful, predatory and intrusive. Nobody asked for their involvement but as noted here they pursue private details and don't take no for an answer. They hound people who have not asked for and categorically do not want, their services. Reporting them.Hyjan11 monthsDear Ben and Nick. You seem to dismiss the methods and predatory ways you and your company does business. That is the problem here not the fact you take urgently needed empty property back on the market. You have pestered a member of my family and even their neighbours by repeated visits to their home when they did not contact you nor ask for your help or services. This has become harassment plain and simple. You are saying that this is ethical and acceptable Ben and Nick? Would it be okay if i were to gain your personal information from a third party and repeatedly pester you and knock on your door multiple times? Because that is what one of your agents has been doing.Where do you get peoples private names and addresses from as there are protection in law in place to stop this. Maybe you would like to put your name and address on here so all the people you have pestered could contact and repeatedly pester you. People that did not contact you or want your services should not be pestered by yourselves and your company should have the decency and respect not to do this especially when they are going through a difficult time after death or grief. It is a shame as you quote your company is hindered by negative reviews but maybe if you did not pester people that did not ask for your services at a time of great difficulty without their consent this would not occur. Awful predatory company.BenNick7 yearssorry you feel like this, especially if you’re a former worker unhappy with things. if you’re actually part of the admin team, you’re more than welcome to come by the office and see how we handle things - then maybe a public apology is due. just throwing accusations around isn’t cool. i’m proud of the job we do and the people we support. on the other hand, maybe you’re annoyed because you got found out doing something wrong, or you’re just some anonymous site owner hiding behind a fake name. we’ve got nothing to hide.7 yearsI’ve just found out about this, and I’m honestly shocked that my name was put up and I was called a shark. Our business might not be for everyone, but I’d challenge anyone to talk to the hundreds of people we’ve supported during tough times, especially in a struggling property market with run-down homes that needed selling to bring things to a close. We’re straight up about who we are and what we do, always making it clear we’re a property firm that uses genealogy research.7 yearsthese folks are absolute nightmare. they dig into private stuff of others, especially going after family of those who have passed. they keep ringing, showing up and leaving notes even after being asked to stop.7 yearsfinally got through to someone at this firm, really nice guy i chatted with, can't agree with all the bad reviews. i’m not trying to sell anything but let them have their say and if it’s your thing, great, if not, no worries. for me, it wasn’t the right fit.7 yearsphoned about the run down house beside mine, interested in buying it and fixing it up, had a chat with the owner seemed pretty genuine and reasonable8 yearsDon’t try push me into selling my house for less! Not happening!8 yearsThey're tryin to snap up my late dad's place to make a quick buck off his death, with zero concern about upsetting anyone. I've been getting emails, calls, and letters from these people non stop.8 yearsGot a letter today from this firm about my nan's home, and I'm proper annoyed. I ain't the one handling her stuff, that's my uncle's job, so why don't they bother him instead!8 yearsthis lot called my daughter asking for info about my late mum’s property, saying they were some kind of “heir hunters”. i rang them up and told them off for bugging my daughter. i was a bit annoyed until i checked out the comments here!9 yearsthey kept ringing me up loads and even came round to my place trying to convince me to sell the house my stepdad still lives in. all they care about is cash, no respect at all for my stepdad who's 92 years old. honestly, it’s disgraceful.9 yearsOn 17th Aug 2017, I got a call from ###### too, but after seeing all the reviews here, I chose not to go for their house buying deal. My solicitor said they were pretty rude and kinda unprofessional. Plus, my estate agent who dealt with their lies called them absolutely awful. Seems like they really struggle to accept when someone says no.9 yearsI’m honestly baffled by how they’re managing things. It feels like they’ve barged into our lives and unearthed details I assumed were confidential. After digging a bit into their background, it turns out they once faced financial difficulties and have now reinvented themselves as this new entity, repeating what others have already pointed out. It raises serious questions about their compliance with the regulations surrounding property sales, as they don’t seem to be on the official register. I do believe the authorities ought to take a closer look at them. Furthermore, I reckon Anna Mortell's comments in support of the company should be removed.Anna Mortell9 yearsThese individuals are in the property development game, attempting to lure you into parting with your home at a price significantly lower than its actual worth. Unless you're keen on offloading your property, I'd suggest steering clear of any conversation with them.9 yearsIt's quite alarming how property developers go to such lengths to hunt down your personal contact information through various online search platforms. Their approach is decidedly aggressive, as they try to entice you into selling your property for considerably less than what it’s worth. These folks can be relentless. I’d advise you not to engage with them at all.9 yearsBeware of the dodgy Hyjan Holdings from West Hampstead-they're up to no good! They seem to be on the lookout for properties to grab at a bargain, but it's all a bit sketchy. They’ve been pestering folks and generally being a nuisance. Best advice? Just hang up!Hyjan HoldingsWest Hampstead9 yearsre paaperly tthem under market value using intense presure tactics, they push hard to sell property below worth. they dont accept no for an answer and are really insisttent. total nightmare. would defo blacklist this caller.9 yearsI’ve come across these individuals operating under the guise of Hyjan Holdings, based at 215 West End Lane in West Hampstead. They seem to have a rather dubious agenda, attempting to purchase properties at bargain prices. It's evident that they dig up personal information from various sources, like the electoral register, which is quite concerning. Blocking their number isn’t a foolproof solution either, as they often resort to sending unsolicited letters if you do. They persistently refuse to accept rejection, and it’s alarming how they particularly focus on the elderly and those who might be more susceptible. It raises the question: how are they still allowed to do business like this without facing any consequences? It’s best to steer clear of them completely.Hyjan HoldingsWest End LaneWest Hampstead9 yearsI received a call from a so-called genealogy firm, but it turns out they’re actually Hyjan Investment Holdings. Their angle is rather shady; they’re hunting for heirs of deceased property owners in order to swoop in and purchase the properties for a pittance. I strongly advise against sharing any personal details with them, as they appear to be capitalising on the misfortunes of others for their own gain.Hyjan Investment Holdings9 yearsi got a call from this so called genealogy firm, but actually they’re a company (###%##) that attempts to get hold of relatives of someone who’s passed away. their goal is to snap up properties for less than they’re worth by pushing quick sales. be careful and don’t give them any details, they’re just looking to cash in on people’s bad luck.9 yearsthis firm calls me pretty often. i picked up the phone once and found out they were investment people trying to buy my dad’s house. i’d put the estate info in the gazette like the law says. i even paid for a po box so any claims go there, thinking it’d keep my details safe, but obviously not. they knew my name from the paper, but couldnt say how they got my private mobile number, only that they use some pricey software to track people down. probably a good little earner for the gazette too!10 yearsI've received three calls regarding a property they seem keen on purchasing at a bargain price. I’d suggest you just steer clear of it altogether!10 yearshad a chat with a lovely woman who was really helpful, she mentioned they’re a property firm with a genealogy team, and they’re looking into the empty house a couple of doors along.10 yearsGot a call from someone claiming to be a genealogist looking for relatives of a deceased neighbour, but I reckon it’s just a front for some investment firm trying to snap up the vacant house nearby.10 yearsI'm looking into buying the house of a relative who has passed away.10 yearsConstantly ringing and never bothering to leave a voicemail... likely some sort of con artists, I'd wager.10 yearsThis number belongs to Hyjan Investment Holdings, and we had a particular matter to discuss.
