I received a rather unpleasant call from someone who was rather intrusive, demanding to know which firms I rely on for handling customer payments. They didn’t bother to introduce themselves or their company at all. When I pressed for clarification, she identified herself as "Tracy," claiming to be a student, but that just didn’t add up-especially since I could overhear a colleague in the background doing the same thing to someone else on another line. I requested her full name and the name of her university, only for her to abruptly cut off the call. It's either a dodgy market research firm or, at worst, a scam related to credit cards.
