I got approached by a firm saying they were from Novuna Finance, but it turned out to be a total rip-off. They kept asking for payments all the way through - stuff like “legal charges” and “release fees” - yet the money was never actually provided. When I wanted to back out, they wanted to hit me with even more crazy fees. I reached out to Novuna themselves and they’re now looking into it as a scam. The people on the phone were really unpleasant and wouldn’t let me talk to anyone else besides the same agent. Proper dodgy behaviour.
