Received a call purporting to be from Carphone Warehouse, with a chap named Mr John on the line. He presented what seemed like a fantastic offer on the Samsung S21 Ultra. I ended up signing up for the deal and provided my card information for the direct debit, as I was after two phones, one for me and one for my wife. I paid a fee of £49.99 each upfront for the devices. However, nothing has turned up, and upon contacting Carphone Warehouse, they've confirmed no order was made under my name. It appears I've fallen victim to a scam. Best to steer clear of this one!
