I got a call from a bloke who said he’d got a call from this number telling him he was owed a refund for his BT landline. They then asked for his account info and went as far as asking for his card expiry and CVC, claiming they needed it to "send the refund straight to his bank". Pretty obvious this is a scam! You’re never meant to give out those details to get money back - they’re just for making payments, not receiving them!
