I recently had a conversation with a customer who revealed they were contacted by this number, claiming there was a refund awaiting for their BT phone line account. The caller cunningly requested the account information, then proceeded to probe for the expiry date and CVC code linked to their bank card, insisting it was necessary to "facilitate the transfer of funds into your bank account." It’s plainly evident - this is a scam! Those details are meant for processing payments, not for receiving them!
