I called the number and the bloke who picked up had a kid making noise in the background. He said he had to get into my computer to sort it out. I ended up hanging up right away. It told me to call Microsoft right away on 02070972400. I phoned the number and the person on the line claimed to be from Microsoft, but it all felt so dodgy. Total scam, really.
