For the past couple of days, I’ve been getting calls from this number, like two times a day. They never mentioned any reference or had any idea who I was or where I lived. When I asked if they record their calls, they said sometimes. The person on the line struggled with English (not trying to be rude) and then just ended the call. I tried calling back, and it was another person who didn’t speak English well either, and they said something about me having spoken... but it was all really confusing.

Got a call on my landline today. Usually I have "Call Guardian" turned on but oddly it was off this time. The person kept ringing for ages, really irritating. Normally the system makes them say who they are so I can decide whether to pick up or not. Most scammers hang up straight away after that, and I get loads of these calls every day. Of course, I didn’t pick up and have blocked the number now. They often know they’ve been blocked and try again with a different number! Proper cheeky!

This number rang me up and some woman began speaking in Hindi - maybe because my surname is Hussain or something. I told her I didn’t get it and then she switched to English, saying something about being from Hlinal and making calls to loads of people in different countries. That’s when I lost it and said, “Why the heck are you even calling me? Don’t bother again,” and hung up. Right after, they called back straight away. I just cut it off and tried blocking the number, but they kept ringing non stop. Finally got it blocked, but honestly it felt like pure harassment.
