Got a call from Carefree Communications the other day. They kept going on about TPS being out of date and needing an update or something. Then they claimed BT no longer supplies our phone service, which isn't true at all. They said Openreach is now in charge and charging us way more. Said they could help us save cash, but it all sounded like a bunch of nonsense to me.
