Absolutely baffling! They’re completely disregarding the Telephone Preference Service, which surely has lapsed and needs renewal. They’re claiming our phone service no longer runs through BT - which is rubbish because it does! Apparently, Openreach has swooped in, taking control and hiking the prices, suggesting they can offer us savings - what a load of nonsense!
