Sounds like a total scam or some spam call. I couldn’t make head or tail of what the woman was going on about, apart from something about phone signal or reception.

I got a call from a bloke who spoke with a thick Indian accent, saying he was from EE, about my phone contract or something. Thing is, I’ve never had EE as my provider, so I was suspicious straight away. Plus, they should know their own customers’ numbers, right? I told him that and he just ended the call on me sharpish. Definitely felt dodgy to me.
