The connection was awful, so I kept asking them to repeat themselves, but after the third time, they just hung up. I mean, why would Sky actually call and admit their charges are too high? Sounds like a total scam to me!

Honestly, this has become really tedious. They always have that weird foreign accent and call you Mr followed by your first name - like who even does that? It’s like they don’t know any manners. They act like we’re proper mates or something, which is just odd. I’d love to be able to phone them back and mess with them just like they try to mess with us.
