I’ve been inundated with questionable text messages from this lot, and I’m really in the dark about whether I'm being charged or not. I’m unable to reply with "quit" as it just doesn’t go through. One of the messages mentioned a fee that we supposedly incurred, and then another one popped up with a code claiming we could reclaim our cash. It's all very confusing, and I’m not entirely sure what’s happening here!
