4 yearsI am reaching out regarding the cancelled flights that were subsequently rebooked for the Madbouli family to Sharm El Sheikh on the 22nd of October, 2022. After having to purchase alternative flights on the 24th of September, we were assured that a refund for the original tickets would be processed within 2-3 working days. It's now past that timeframe, and my husband has yet to see the refund credited to his bank account, leading to accumulating interest charges on the sum in question. Furthermore, he’s been receiving messages via WhatsApp instructing him to cease communication with your team, or there may be repercussions regarding the flights! We feel it's imperative that we have a discussion with a senior account manager regarding this situation. We have dated screenshots and recordings of all relevant conversations from the moment we were notified about the cancellations until now.
