4 yearsThis comment is about the Madbouli family's flights to Sharm El Sheikh, originally cancelled and rebooked for 22/10/22. We had to sort out new flights on 24th September and paid for them ourselves, with the assurance that the refund for the initial tickets would come through within 2 to 3 working days. Yet, the money has still not appeared in my husband’s account, and we're now facing interest fees on that sum. To make matters worse, my husband got a message on WhatsApp warning him to stop reaching out or they'll block the flights! We’d really like to speak to a senior accounts manager about this, as we've got screenshots and recordings documenting everything from the cancellation notice right up to today. If this isn’t sorted out urgently, we’ll have no choice but to seek legal counsel.
