I got a call from this number saying they were from some utility firm trying to get me to renew my contract, but the bloke on the phone didn’t even know who my provider was. Bit dodgy if you ask me.

I run a newsagents and get calls from this number like 6 to 10 times every single day. Whenever I pick up, they speak in Punjabi but use harsh language and threaten me and my employees. Most of the callers seem to be from Pakistan, mainly students here on study visas without work rights. They claim to be from Opus Energy’s call centre. Is there any way you can help me track down who’s making these threatening calls to us?

I own a little shop selling gifts and this number has been ringing me nonstop for months. The bloke says he’s with EON electricity, but I’m certain he isn’t legit. Funny thing is, he knows we get our utilities from EON and tries to chat about switching suppliers. I asked my phone company about blocking the number but it would set me back £2.25 every month. Doesn’t seem fair I should pay because some pest keeps phoning me! Now, I just hang up on him whenever he rings. Does anyone know if there’s a way to report nuisance calls like this?
