Got a call about 10 minutes back from this number, claiming to be from the HM Revenue and Customs. They said some official paperwork sent to me had come back without a reply, and that they’d be kicking off legal action against me. Earlier today, I also got a text claiming to be from GOV.UK about a fake £25 parking fine. I’ve reported everything to the local police fraud team. I looked up the number myself and found out it’s connected to India.
