I said hello in Spanish, and then the call just got cut off!

Got a call from some bloke named "Harry" with a strong Indian accent using the number 020 7072 5298, said he was from O2 trying to lower my bill. Total rubbish, just trying to get my details for a scam. Really think OFCOM should crack down on the phone providers that let dodgy numbers like these be used. As long as big companies like banks and telcos profit from this kind of fraud, it'll keep happening and honest people like us will be the ones who suffer.

I didn’t pick up the phone and there wasn’t any voicemail left either. This number was totally unfamiliar, so I’m guessing it’s one of those scam call centres.
