I got a call from someone claiming to be with EE, saying they wanted to help upgrade my account due to problems customers were having with losing service when it rains. I hung up and then rang EE myself just to check, and they told me it’s a scam. These scammers want you to give them entry to your EE account so they can buy stuff with it. Best thing is to ignore the call and ring EE on 150 if you want to report it.
