I wasn’t really clear on the company or name she gave at first, cause the call was a bit muffled. When I asked her to say it again, she just didn’t respond and instead started telling me I’d supposedly been in an accident that wasn’t even my fault. Didn’t bother sticking around for more and ended up blocking the number straight away.

I saw a missed call from 02080355285 and a few minutes later the same number called again, so I'm pretty sure it’s related. It’s a new number on my phone that I haven’t shared with anyone. Sometimes I just let them chat away if I have time, like a way to help stop someone else getting scammed or hassled. Feels like a small act of kindness and it doesn't cost me a thing.

Received a call from this number, chose not to pick up, and they subsequently left a robotic voicemail that was utterly incomprehensible. It's quite infuriating to be interrupted at work without any valid cause - feels more like harassment than anything else!

So, they said someone told them I'd been in a crash. I asked who gave them that info, and they said it was some road accident helpline. When I tried to get more info, they just cut the call - total spam.
