I've had this boiler scam ring me up 4 times just today, all within a few hours. The first four digits are always the same, but the last seven keep changing. It's really upsetting because they keep asking about someone who passed away. Feels like it's the same people using different numbers over and over. This has been happening for years now.

Someone rang me saying they where from a place called boiler services. They told me because I hadn’t made a claim on my boiler in over a year, they were reaching out. They seemed to know where I live but when I asked about my boiler’s brand and model, they said the technician would know that info. I told them sounded a bit dodgy to me, like a scam, then they said they’d send me some paperwork within a week before suddenly cutting me off.
