someone rang me saying they were Nicola Henderson from bullishcoin? they said i’d clicked on an online ad and this was a follow up to offer assistance. wanted me to type in info on my computer so that whenever i traded stuff like gold, oil, coins or google stocks i’d get some kind of reward. said i wouldn’t be handing her my info directly since i’d be entering it on their site myself. told her i’m wary of scams and never share my details with anyone, no matter how legit they sound. she thanked me for listening and said she respected my choice. seemed polite and spoke clearly.

Got a call on my phone from this number earlier, a woman claiming to be Vanessa from BullishCoin. She actually knew my name, which made me a bit uneasy about where they got my details. I told her I don’t do marketing calls and immediately hung up, then blocked the number. After looking it up, I saw quite a few people had similar experiences. Checked Trustpilot too, and it’s obvious this is just a scam.

got a call from some bloke claiming he was with online trading, but his voice was all muffled like he was underwater or something. sounded dodgy as hell, so i just cut the call and blocked the number straight away.

I got a call from 020 7048 6078 and picked up. A lady started rambling about bitcoin and global currencies right off the bat. I asked who she was and where she got my number from. She claimed to be with xxxx (or maybe 4x) currencies, but when I pressed her again on how she had my contact info, she just said I’d reached out to them. That didn’t sound right to me, so I ended the call and blocked the number. Also, I noticed there was a sort of busy trading floor noise in the background during the conversation, like some scripted recording.

Today, 28/07/20, I got a couple of calls from a number saying they’re Bullish Coin. The first one came around 3:15pm, but all I heard was silence on the line. Then, just before 6pm, they rang again and claimed they could assist me with my investments. From what I recall, this sounds like one of those boiler room scams. I’ve decided to block their number now. The only time I remember hearing a similar spiel was from life insurance firms, like Liberty FE, way back in the late 70s and early 80s.

Got a call from someone saying they were from 1? I told the woman I never gave them my information, but she insisted I had - saying that's how they got my number. When I asked her to delete my details she tried to pitch their services instead. I said no again and pressed her to remove my info. Then she asked why I even answered if I didn’t want any calls from them. Thing is, I haven’t had any strange sales calls in over two years, so it’s a mystery where they got my contact from.
