They were quite keen to get my card information, but I wasn't having any of that and instead suggested they provide a bank account for payment. They mentioned something about how fortunate I was to have been picked, raving about my eyes and smile. They even hinted at needing a £50 deposit that would be refunded later. Commercial modelling - total con! A chap rang me up, going on about how lovely I am, claiming that I was one of the lucky 20 picked from a pool of 97 applicants. He insisted I just needed to fork out a £50 deposit, which he assured would be refunded. Utter rubbish - it’s a scam for sure!
