I received a call the other day and needed to speak to their accounts department, as these folks seem to have some incorrect information on file claiming I make international payments-which is absolutely not the case! When I clarified that I only deal in pounds sterling, the lady on the line simply thanked me for my time and then hung up. I didn’t manage to catch the chap’s name, but she mentioned she was calling on behalf of “FR Group.”
