They just kept insisting on speaking to the owner again. I explained that the owner doesn’t handle sales calls and offered to help instead. At that point, the caller got quite rude and said, “Is this how you talk to all your clients? I have work for you.” I told him to take his jobs and bad manners somewhere else. Then I asked him not to ring back again.
