I received a phone call from someone purporting to be with a recruitment agency, who tried to entice me with job opportunities. However, it quickly became apparent that he was more interested in prying for information about firms where I've previously had interviews. When I inquired about which agency he represented, he got rather defensive and insisted he wasn't obliged to provide that information. Yet, he was quite keen on having me spill the beans about other people's private or business details - a rather unprofessional approach that blatantly violates GDPR guidelines. Additionally, his remark suggesting that roles with customer interaction were a splendid chance to meet attractive women raised serious red flags for me.
